Lance Gaebe has more than 25 years of experience working with state and federal officials, most recently as the N.D. Commissioner of University and School Lands, a role he held from 2010-2017. Previously, he served as a senior advisor to then-Governor Hoeven in the areas of agriculture, energy, environment, and economic development. Prior to his experience in the public sector, Lance operated an association management firm specializing in ag-related organizations. He holds a bachelor of science degree and a master of business administration degree from North Dakota State University.
In his free time, Lance enjoys the lake, family activities and working on his part-time farm. He is originally from New Salem, N.D.
Jennifer Greuel has been employed at Clearwater since 2015, where she assists clients with association management, meeting and event planning, public relations and government affairs. Her previous work experience was in the banking and nonprofit sectors. She holds degrees in communications and psychology from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys running, traveling, volunteering, reading, and enjoying outdoor activities. She is originally from Minot, N.D.
Kayla Pulvermacher assists clients with government relations, policy strategy and association management. Prior to working at Clearwater Communications, she served members of North Dakota Farmers Union in many capacities including director of government relations and senior lobbyist. During her tenure, she lobbied seven North Dakota Legislative Session and was named as one of Prairie Magazine’s “40 under 40.” She has a bachelor’s degree in political science from North Dakota State University.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her sons Jack and Ty, kayaking and playing with her bulldog, Marv. She is originally from Crosby, N.D.
Shannon Schutt has been employed at Clearwater since 2017, where she assists clients with association management, meeting and event planning, and public relations. Previously, she worked for a commercial roofing company as a marketing/office coordinator. She holds a degree in public relations and advertising from North Dakota State University.
In her free time, Shannon is a true crime buff and coffee connoisseur. She also enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Mack. She is originally from Bismarck, N.D.
