Shelly Duppong is attentive to all ongoing projects, as well as gifted in creating her own layouts in publications such as Delta Waterfowl magazine and North Dakota Horizons. Duppong earned an associate degree in arts from Bismarck State College in Bismarck, associate degrees in desktop publishing and design, and graphic arts from Northwest College in Powell, Wyo. and a bachelor's degree from Dickinson State University.
