Julie Ellingson is the secretary/receptionist and database manager for Clearwater Communications and North Dakota Horizons magazine. At the other end of the phone, she has a pleasant voice and handles requests with ease. In 2002, she earned an associate degree in Applied Medical from Bismarck State College. Outgoing, pert and direct, she won't be tentative when work needs to get done, and her positive attitude and avid multitasking skills yet add further value in having her as part of our office team.
