Jean will grab any detail in a split second and take care of it before you even realize it needs to be done. She is a native North Dakotan and has 16 years of experience in association management including communications, public relations, marketing, membership development and strategic planning.
Schafer also brings group facilitation experience to our team, leading businesses and nonprofits in strategic planning, project planning and more. Trained through Leadership Strategies, a national leader in professional facilitation, facilitation training and leadership training, Schafer knows how to motivate a group, build consensus, manage dysfunction, maintain focus, generate ownership, inspire to action, maintain high energy, close the session, and construct customized agendas.
Schafer earned a bachelor's degree in business from North Dakota State University and bachelor's degree in communications from Minnesota State University-Moorhead.
