Andrea Winkjer Collin heads our writing department by providing communication direction, writing, editing, media relations support and counsel for our clients and staff. With a detailed eye for editing and quick sense of what makes good writing, she has spent 25 years in news reporting, writing, editing, publishing and teaching. Before becoming editor of North Dakota Horizon, the North Dakota State Magazine, she was editor of the North Dakota Water magazine, published by the North Dakota Water Education Foundation. Collin is a graduate of the University of North Dakota.
